The newly designed clamping unit is optimized using digital simulation. Stress and deformation analyses of all components are optimized with the Finite Element Method (FEA). Thanks to this development, the clamping unit offers stable movement, high speed, low stress, high strength, and superior rigidity (durability).
The dual-cylinder injection system and dual carrier cylinder design ensure more stable and smooth injection movement. The linear guide structure reduces friction, allowing injection and plasticizing (back pressure) operations to be faster and more precise.
The servo motor and power unit use a fully digital closed-loop control system. Pressure sensitivity can be adjusted up to 0.3 bar. This system provides high precision and stable flow, especially at low flow rates. A permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-response motor driver are used. Reaching maximum flow from zero takes only 60 milliseconds, and reaching maximum pressure from zero takes approximately 100 milliseconds.
Control is provided using a custom program and CAN communication mode. This system offers fast response, high control precision, and short cycle time advantages.
