TSP WS Series

With a robust mechanical system, high precision, and a wide tie bar spacing, the machine provides optimal and efficient performance in all types of injection processes. The WS series is available in a wide tonnage range, with options from 100 tons to 2800 tons.

TSP WS Serisi

The 5-point toggle clamping system enables safe and efficient operation. Its steel bushings and pins are lubricated by an automatic system, with oil level and lubrication pressure controls that ensure the long-term, healthy operation of the mechanical components.

A hydraulic motor for mold height adjustment allows for fast and precise settings, and the automatic mold adjustment function makes mold changes quick and easy.

Finally, the clamping unit's mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical safety systems are electronically supported by safety relays, ensuring maximum user safety.

The powerful, dual-cylinder precision injection system ensures stable injection motion with its balanced, low-friction linear guide unit. A stable platen structure and an excellent design work with the screw and barrel to provide optimal plasticization.

To ensure stability at high temperatures, the check ring and washer of the screw are made from Japanese heat-treated steel. The screw and barrel themselves are made from enhanced nitrided steel.

The PID heat control system, which uses precise electronic position sensors and an industrial PC, ensures quality production by controlling parameters like injection speed, pressure, holding pressure, material charging back pressure, and other movements.

High-quality valves and other hydraulic components allow for precise molding. All hydraulic equipment is installed on the machine for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The suction filter is designed to be cleaned without the need to drain the oil tank.

The KEBA control system, featuring a 10-inch color display, enables production with high precision and excellent repeatability. With its user-friendly interface, all operations can be easily monitored.

The PLC system is controlled by a high-speed, high-precision microprocessor to ensure compatibility with multi-functional mechanical and hydraulic systems. During production, the dedicated alarm page monitors issues, providing information on potential causes and solutions to help users quickly resolve problems.

For enhanced service, the control system offers an optional Ethernet application for remote access. This feature enables fast and effective service to be provided anywhere in the world.
