The reinforced platen design, validated by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on all parts, results in less deformation and a longer service life. An improved clamping system with a robust structure is also available to extend its lifespan.
To ensure plasticization stability and a longer lifespan, the machine features a high-speed hydraulic motor. This allows for rapid screw positioning, which helps to shorten the cycle time.
For fruit crate applications, a specially developed bimetallic screw and barrel are used to increase plasticization capability and further reduce the machine's cycle time.
The heating system is equipped with a standard infrared heating element that provides improved energy efficiency.
The electronic control unit is standardized with safety relays and hydraulic safety valves. To enhance the machine's overall safety performance, it also comes equipped with main power protection, outlet protection, an SSR, and a safe hydraulic valve.
The hydraulic system and servo control system work together to effectively reduce energy consumption, increase production efficiency, and shorten overall production time.
A standard proportional valve makes mold opening and closing faster, smoother, and more accurate. The servo control system's design inherently provides energy savings and efficiency, while optional parallel motion can be selected to further reduce cycle time.
