HDL Dehumidifying, Drying & Loading

  • Integrated dehumidifying, drying, and feeding functions in one unit; dew point can reach below -40°C under ideal conditions.
  • Suitable for engineering plastics with strong moisture absorption such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, ABS, etc.
  • The dehumidifier can provide low (dew-point) drying air below -40°C;
  • LCD screen and convenient operation
  • PID temperature control system for precise temperature regulation;
  • Double-insulated stainless steel and bottom air blowing ensure stable drying temperature and efficiency;
  • Fully enclosed feeding system prevents materials from reabsorbing moisture after drying.
  • Over-temperature protection, motor overload protection, phase reversal protection, and other alarm functions included.
  • Customers can choose one-to-one, one-to-two, or two-to-one models according to their actual needs, all combining dehumidifying, drying, and two-section feeding.

    • HD Rotary Honeycomb Dehumidifier

  • Under ideal conditions, the honeycomb type dehumidifier can reach a dew point below -40°C.
  • Suitable for engineering plastics with strong moisture absorption such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, ABS, etc.
  • This series adopts a PID temperature control system that precisely regulates the regeneration temperature;
  • Over-temperature protection, motor overload protection, phase reversal protection, and other alarm functions included
  • The interior is equipped with a return air filter to prevent dust contamination from raw material bins during operation.
