HMC-W Water Mold Temperature Controller: The HMC-WG Water Mold temperature controller is used to heat the mold and maintain its temperature, and it can also be used in other similar applications. It uses ordinary tap water as the medium, and the boiling point of the water synchronization pressure increases this feature, and it uses low-viscosity water to achieve rapid temperature and a hot heat transfer effect.

HMC-W Water Mold Temperature Controller

  • The HMC-WG water mold temperature controller is used to heat and maintain mold temperature, and can be used for similar applications. Use ordinary tap water as the medium; synchronized water pressure increases the boiling point, and low-viscosity water enables rapid temperature rise and effective heat transfer.
  • HMC-W Water type mold temperature machine maximum temperature: 90°C;
  • HMC-WG Water type mold temperature machine maximum temperature: 120°C;
  • HMC-WP Water type indirect cooling mold temperature machine maximum temperature: 160°C;
  • Special LCD microcomputer controller for mold temperature, intuitive display, simple operation, stable performance, excellent functionality;
  • Dual PID control algorithm, high-precision medium temperature adjustment, temperature control accuracy: ±1°C;
  • Equipped with high-quality high-temperature circulation pumps, high-temperature resistant seals, stable performance during use;
  • Accurate abnormal fault warning, LED panel output alarm text and indicator light with audible alert remind the user;
