    • HSS Crusher

  • The HSS series crusher is designed for crushing all kinds of plastics, improving the efficiency of plastic utilization.
  • The HSS series crusher comes with standard Type A or Type B blades.
  • Standard version uses all-steel blades; optional upgraded wear-resistant SKD11 (Alloy Tool Steel) blades are available.
  • Models 800 and above are equipped with standard water-cooled bearing housings and trolley collection boxes.
  • Standard features: overload protection, short circuit protection, and a safety switch that prevents the motor from running when the hopper is open.

    • Energy Saving Device for Crushers

  • The energy-saving device for the pulverizer adopts a motor energy-saving system based on "three-phase sampling and fast response" technology. The system operates on the principle of reducing voltage and saving energy, and detects load size in real time through load monitoring technology. It then generates an appropriate trigger signal and dynamically adjusts the SCR conduction angle at the input terminal, thereby regulating the voltage according to motor load changes. This allows dynamic load tracking and ensures efficient and energy-saving control even under frequent, irregular, or heavy impact loads. In actual applications, the active power energy saving rate can reach 20–35%.
