HSS Granulator

                             

The HSS series granulator is suitable for granulating all kinds of plastics. It improves plastic utilization.

                             

HSS series granulator standard type A blade OR type B blade;

                             

Standard with all-steel blades, enhanced wear-resistant SKD11 (Alloy Tool Steel) blade can be optional;

                             

Models 800 and above come standard with a water-cooled bearing housing and trolley collection boxes;

                             

Standard features: overload protection, short circuit protection, and ensures the motor does not run when the hopper is opened;

Standard voltage is 3 Phase, 380V, 50 Hz.

                             

The maximum granulation capacity depends on the material.

Energy-Saving Device for Granulators

                             

The pulverizer's energy-saving device adopts a motor energy-saving system based on "three-phase sampling and fast response." The energy technology development is based on the principle of reducing voltage and saving energy. According to the load monitoring technology, it quickly senses the load size, generates a corresponding trigger signal, and dynamically adjusts the SCR with an angle. The voltage at the input terminal is controlled to dynamically track the load change of the motor, thereby achieving a highly efficient and energy-saving control under frequent, irregular load changes and large impact loads. The system's actual active power energy-saving rate can reach 20-35%.
