Loaders (also known as automatic material loaders) are devices used in plastic injection molding. They automatically transfer plastic granules from bags, big-bags, or silos to the hopper of an injection molding machine. These automatic feeding systems eliminate the need for manual feeding, ensuring a continuous, clean, and uninterrupted flow of raw material to the machine. Matsui brand loaders effectively remove dust with their two-stage dust collection system. They can also feed up to six machines with a single loader.
